John Cardillo

John Cardillo, a former detective in the New York Police Department, is now considered to be one of the world’s foremost experts on online safety and security.

Described by Small Business Miami as an “Internet superhero,” John is president and CEO of Sentinel, an Internet security company which specializes in online crime and predator detection, online child safety, and the protection of Internet end users from criminals and sexual predators.

Sentinel made headlines back in February 2009 after social networking site MySpace, having partnered with Sentinel for security two years prior, purged the profiles of 90,000 sex offenders from its database. Sentinel to date has removed approximately 250,000 offenders from various sites across the web.

John, who characterizes himself as a “conservative realist,” has been contributing occasionally to America’s Right since January 2009. He currently lives the high life in Miami, Florida where, in his spare time, he can be found lounging around the pool, in the Florida Keys, boning up on his skills at the shooting range, or watching the world go by on South Beach.
