Obama By The Numbers

Take a look at the image below.  It should answer, in black and white, the quintessential question of “are you better off now than you were four years ago?” on both a personal and national level.

Currently, other than the “JohnnyShop” moniker for Flickr, I don’t know who to give credit to for this image.  If anyone knows, please leave a comment.

  1. This is a great synopsis. Thanks for sharing. (The GOP needs to run with this….whoever the nominee ends up being.)

Most of us would have to answer the question in the negative. The question only gets asked by the MSM (and the rest of the left) when it can be even marginally used against a republican or conservative (how I wish those two were synonymous). Currently we are told it is the fault of the “obstructionist republicans” that won’t allow Obama to make things better.

A reasoning individual need only look around the world at every nation in economic turmoil to clearly see the common policies that have brought all of us to this point. The policies that have caused this mess are not conservative in nature. When nation’s get in deep enough trouble they begin to enact “austerity” measures. Wikipedia states, “In economics, austerity is a policy of deficit-cutting, lower spending, and a reduction in the amount of benefits and public services provided.” If those “austerity” measures had been the policy beforehand the nation would never have gotten into such trouble to begin with!

If we refuse to take the time to do things right then we will have to make the time to do things over.

    Proverbs 14:12 (NIV)
There is a way that seems right to a man,
but in the end it leads to death.

  3. William Cole says:

If you voted for Obama the first around,You were a fool.
If you vote for the second time you’re an idiot.

  4. Boston Blackie says:

As bad as things are financially for most of us, I say YES, I am better off than 4 years ago. Because I am one day closer to 1/20/13.
