Although Jeff already announced that he’d be leaving and I’d be taking over for a couple of weeks I thought I’d give my own perspective on the temporary change. First off: I obviously can’t replace Jeff. Not even for this short period of time. I have no idea how he manages to keep this blog so up-to-date and comprehensive given all of the other things he has to work on. It’s amazing. I will do my best to keep the comment moderation flowing and to add as many original articles and assigned reading pieces as I can. There will be new content every day.
Secondly, I want to say thanks to everyone who reads and especially who comments here at America’s Right. It’s been an honor for me to be able to submit pieces to AR, and your comments are what build the AR community. Please keep them coming. The easiest way to get my attention if you have spotted a correction or have a suggestion of any kind is to submit a comment to an article and label it PRIVATE. Then I know to read the comment but not to publish it. You can also email me at , but I won’t check that as frequently as I check the new comments.
Lastly: the next two weeks are going to be really busy for me. Between now and when Jeff returns I have to move my family into a new home in a new state. I told Jeff about this when he asked me to take over, and he told me to just do the best I can to keep this place going until he comes back. That’s what I’m going to do, and I thank you all for helping me to do it.
